Barbara Miller, the firm's President, is a seasoned Project Architect with over 35+ years of experience in Institutional specializing in Institutional Healthcare and Educational Projects. She has successfully managed construction projects totaling $250 million. Passionate about design excellence, and sustainability, she excels in leading project teams and client engagements. Barbara oversees constructability review, Building and Life Safety code analysis and major project specifications. She is a Certified Construction Documents Technologist CDT through the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Institute for master spec specifications and holds architectural licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Jonathan Miller serves as the Vice-President of the firm. As Director of Design and Production he brings 32 years of diverse experience in the architecture and construction. His expertise includes cost estimating for budgeting and bid evaluation as well as project management and design across municipal, industrial, manufacturing, religious and residential sectors.
